As a few reviewers have pointed out, this bracket rotates on its own as only one screw holds it in place. However, this does not detract from its usefulness. There are other mounts that cost twice as much, but I don't want to shell out that much money for such a simple product. At its current price of $25, this mount is worth every penny. If you really don't want it to move or twist, weld it in place. I am using this bracket on a 46 inch 20hp Poulan Pro lawnmower. Rubbish, firewood and tools almost daily. I'd say it can safely pull 500 pounds before it could damage my mower's mounting rim. This is more than enough as I only use it for basic tasks and not full farm tasks. That being said, it is an absolutely essential item to get 100% use of your ride-on mower.
