Just to see if I really like it I only bought one - the one advertised as "4 gallons". Using the truncated cone volume formula actually gives you exactly 2.93 gallons. My input from the actual bucket was D = 10.75", d = 8.0", h = 9.75", and the formula is 1/3 * pi * h * (r ^ 2 + r *R+R^2 ). Speaking of a volume filled to the brim, mind you. While lying about the volume alone would have made me return it, I was very pleased with the thickness of the metal .Very difficult to be exact due to the curves, but my caliper reports a thickness of .04". That's a lot thicker than the cheap galvanized buckets you can buy in the US right now. Used, under store conditions. I'll use the Dents probably soon make yourself.
