Review on 💡 Sengled Multicolor Bluetooth Bulb with Adjustable Brightness by Libby Walker

Despite the tiny printed leaflet stating these lamps are designed for a "frustration-free installation," I found the exact opposite. I clicked it 5 times to reset and try again, I clicked it 10 times to reset and try again. One thing I noticed, besides the fact that they didn't cut my Alexa app or point, was that the plastic base got very hot. Maybe his little brain was about to explode or something, but those damn lightbulbs never came on. I sent in the first one, then they sent me a replacement which didn't work either. I chatted with someone from India and they were so sorry for my disappointment that they sent me another one for free. At least they work like lightbulbs. Luckily my first bulb was included with my point purchase and I sent it back. I now have a replacement which I was going to return along with the 'smart plugs' which also wouldn't plug in. Alexa didn't help and actually said "I can't help you with that" so don't expect too much. .Maybe you're one of the lucky ones to get them working, but so far none of the ones I've gotten have worked after repeatedly trying to pair them. My advice: don't do it. UPDATE: After speaking to support (yes, I went that far) I was informed that there appears to be a software issue interfering with paring. Do you think they would have told you that when you bought it? No, not your friends in Revain. So you should email me when this software problem is fixed. I now have two "smart" lightbulbs that work like incandescent bulbs, but I need really nice colors and the ability to turn them on and off from miles away. wait wait wait Keep this in mind when purchasing this flawed item. update number two; For some reason I tried pairing the lightbulb with my Alexa again and this time it actually worked! So I'm adding a few more stars to my rating. I don't know what mysterious internet magic happened, but I haven't received an email from Revain telling me the software has been updated. I don't expect miracles, but somehow it happened and now two lightbulbs are working for me. The color surprised me!
