Review on 🪆 Liteaid Fabulesse Back Stretcher - "Liteaid Fabulesse Back Stretcher for Optimal Spinal Alignment by Danny Trapanese

This stretcher was just right for me. It was nice to lie on, but when I got up again, my back was just killing me. Also, the little white plastic spikes hurt like hell. I think they should be for acupuncture. Turning to the other smooth side was fine, but as I said, the relief was very short-lived. I went with an inversion table as I heard it had long term benefits. Of course, this is a more significant investment, but I hope that it will help get rid of the back pain I have endured for the last 10 years. For me that wasn't a solution.
