I was happy to lie on it

This stretcher was just right for me. It was nice to lie on, but when I got up again, my back was just killing me. Also, the little white plastic spikes hurt like hell. I think they should be for acupuncture. Turning to the other smooth side was fine, but as I said, the relief was very short-lived. I went with an inversion table as I heard it had long term benefits. Of course, this is a more significant investment, but I hope that it will help get rid of the back pain I have endured for the…

No worse than an inversion table

This is a great product! I have an inversion table that I use quite often for lower back pain and sciatica. I'm away from home quite often and can't use the inversion table for many days, so I need something portable. The day after my Liteaid Fabulesse Backstretcher arrived, I set out. The back is foldable, so I put it in my suitcase and used it every night during the trip. I think it aligns my spine as well or even better than my inversion table! BUY IT! WORTH IT!

Excellent value for its features. I used it 3 days in a row and noticed a significant difference in my lower back. I have fairly constant chronic back pain from a car accident I was in just the last 11 years. Lie on it for 15 minutes and in a few days you will feel your spine stretch even more. I haven't had that painful lump in my lower back for a few days. If you don't like small, sharp acupressure points I would suggest trying the other smooth side, but they don't bother me.
