Excellent value for its features. I used it 3 days in a row and noticed a significant difference in my lower back. I have fairly constant chronic back pain from a car accident I was in just the last 11 years. Lie on it for 15 minutes and in a few days you will feel your spine stretch even more. I haven't had that painful lump in my lower back for a few days. If you don't like small, sharp acupressure points I would suggest trying the other smooth side, but they don't bother me. So far I've only had to go as far as the second level, but as I'm trying to increase my flexibility I might try the third. This is a great product, especially for the price.
