. I am so disappointed in this mouse that after only 6 months I replaced it with Logitech. The software is buggy and annoying, not tied to a Windows account login but to an online account. Very annoying, especially considering having to rely on software to toggle sensitivity. Terrible for a gamer. The mouse doesn't have a built-in sensitivity switch, meaning you'll have to remap a different button for this function or exit the app to jump to the buggy software mentioned above. And after only 6 months, the scroll wheel is not working properly. , lacks precision and slips. Finally, the mouse stutters when moved, almost like an old mechanical mouse that has gotten dirty. The mouse is in perfect shape, the mat is clean but still sticky. I'm switching to Logitech, a brand that has served me well for many years. But given the Razer DeathAdder Chroma's apparent disposable nature, you'll do just as well with one of those discounted gaming mice that fail within the first year.
