I train with the F3 several times a week. We run bootcamp style workouts and your hands can expect to see everything from frozen dumbbells to a bear cub crawling through the roughest parking lot ever paved. Thick crawling on a 30-meter cheese grater. In the last 4 years I have bought many other brands and even other Bionic gloves. My training gloves usually last an average of 3 months, max 6 months if I run a lot. These bionic gloves lasted 15 months and are still doing! Only thing is my index finger is slowly slipping out of the "access slot" it has so you can remove the tip from your finger for better use of touchscreens with a frozen little tip. Not a big deal but I finally bought a second pair when this pair finally broke the threads. so to speak. But if you're looking for a great set of outdoor gloves that will last, then this is it. I will say they are only good up to 39F as they are not made for cold weather. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Hope that was helpful!
