Bought for a friend on my recommendation and she doesn't have a Revain account. She loves it! Great new sewer machine. I have purchased 8 Janome sewing machines over the past 10 years. for yourself and as a gift. They are EXTREMELY well made and real workhorses. I use two Pro models in my small home business and they ALWAYS work and require very little maintenance. I do not recommend the Gem series for heavy sewing. but for quilting and tailoring. they cannot be defeated! Buy 10 Janomes instead of a Bernina or Viking and you'll be happier and less hassle!
