Review on ATITOWEL Aquarium Filter Intake Aquaclear by Megan Knoll

I breed Apistos and they are adamant not to breed when the water flow is too strong. I used to have a few pieces of styrofoam that were tampered with by the judges, but they are inconsistent and always need adjustment and replacement. Enter these sponges! They are very coarse and although designed as inlet pre-filters I find that they are excellent outlet filter suppressors for stilling water flow to near zero. And a bonus; They provide a good place for beneficial bacteria to grow. 5 stars and highly recommended!
