Perfect for trail runners!
My daughter loves them. She runs across country. She says they are very comfortable and keep feet dry when wet. Definitely a big plus in her sport. Shoelaces for shoes without a tie are also good. Don't worry about your shoes coming undone, or you won't need those pesky double knots that you can't untie.
