Vibrator stopped working

This was a great product for the first few months but shortly after I bought and used this product the vibrator stopped working properly. Instead of "throwing you out of bed," the vibrator just made a buzzing noise and a slight vibration that I couldn't hear or feel when I was unconscious. As a result, several working days and lessons were overslept because the alarm clock could not wake me up. (Loud sounds are not enough for me, the dream book is too heavy). I spent several hours trying to fix the vibrator but to no avail. Very disappointing. Update: I ended up disassembling the vibrator and had to reattach the weight to the motor. This turned out to be an easy fix in case anyone has the same problem.
