Review on Franklin Sports Basketball Rebounder Adjustable by Kenny Sarma

Nice little basketball rebounder

Franklin products can be very random so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this reflector. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the frame bars were thicker and heavier than I expected based on the photos on the product page. Assembly was fairly standard and easy for this type of product. The parts are well labeled and the instructions are clear and easy to follow, which is not always the case with this type of product. My only real complaint is that the rods that adjust the angle of the reflector are held together with small pins that aren't as tight as I'd like, so I think there's some risk of them falling out and getting lost walk, especially if you move a lot. I have a football reflector that uses similar pins that are firmer and have a clasp to ensure they don't fall out. I want this product to use the same pins and clasps. The rebounder works exactly as I had hoped. It hits the ball very well, making it great for solo catching and throwing practice. You can also put it under the basket during free throw practice so it bounces the ball back to you, but this reflector is pretty small so it really hits and misses if the ball actually hits it after it goes over the net. There are more specific products designed for this purpose that will probably work better if that's what you want. The product description also mentions that it can be used for things like soccer and baseball, but I wouldn't recommend it for that. There are reflectors specifically designed for these sports that fit better, and if you want some multipurpose you might want to consider something more than that. I mainly wanted this for solo catching and throwing practice and it's definitely good for that purpose.
