It is difficult to describe the main problem. When I'm playing a color app or putting together a puzzle, the pen often moves the image and the pieces without me touching the tablet. My hand is not near the button on the handle. Also, the pen must be almost perfectly over the selected area for the pen to work. I did not use it immediately after receiving it and now the return window is closed.
