Pretty good. I have to say the welds were fantastic, everything fitted almost perfectly. I had to widen the gap on the CAT tube/tube connector but it only took a minute. I have 2 clamps in the kit, you need 3. I think they expect you to reuse the 2.25 clamp from this system for the CAT pipe, but it will be too rusty to reuse. Just buy the 2.25 clamp for $8 and save yourself a few days of waiting or missing at the auto parts store. It sounds nice, not loud but guttural. Overall, this is an incredible deal compared to the $800 Magnaflow.
