It is simple to use, has great reporting capabilities for both drill-down analysis as well as summary reports of data by time period or even just at an aggregated level (by account).

The customer service team was very responsive during our free trial which helped us make a decision about whether this tool would be right fit for me in my organization. I wish it could integrate with Google Analytics better though so that we can see traffic flows within each subdomain/subpage without needing separate tools like GA 360° Viewer extension. There are many analytics products out there but some have been around much longer than others - they may not offer all the bells & whistles you want now however if their value proposition makes sense then give them your consideration! We're trying to improve how quickly business users get answers when questions arise from end user experience.
