Cheap, no pillow. This is a child's size 5 UK 4 EU 37. The fit is wider but slightly shorter at the top than the women's pairs of 7 UK 5 EU 38 I have (but that's ok, since women's version in any case too much space in the toe area). Unlike the adult version of this shoe, there is no arch support, very little cushioning, and the base feels stiff and uncomfortable. I compared the old ladies pair (5-10 years old), the new ladies pair (arrived at the same time as these) and the children's version. If you want a large child, size 3 or larger, please choose the adult version. For reference, I usually wear women's shoes 6.5 / children's shoes 4.5.
