I would say don't waste your money on this! I am very disappointed with this bracelet. The left one is holding up well, but the right one, which worked fine, fell apart on me and had to be thrown away because the metal bracket in the center and on the right side fell out and the velcro seams came undone. . At first it was like the best thing in the world, and after 3 weeks it was "Oh let me fall apart and you wake up in the middle of the night with throbbing arm and wrist pain from the brace falling apart." Worst purchase !
