Pros: Holds lots of sheets with lots of separate slots to separate colors. Lightweight for easy portability when you enjoy crafting in different places. Easy to stow away. Separate slots easily accommodate 12 x 12 sheets without compressing them. Cons: IF you have LOTS of sheets, use more than one. The pictures show that if you have a few leaves, the top section will store them easily, while the bottom section is "set" and will not stretch to fit what the top section can accommodate. This means that the bottom ends are curled up slightly. Another downside is that it's just hard plastic, about the thickness of a milk jug. If you drop it I can see it breaks pretty easily. However, they are cheap enough to buy a few or replace if you tend to drop things.
