The customer support team has been very helpful in getting our systems up to speed with their new platform! They are always quick to respond when we have questions or need help setting something up for an event. I wish it was easier to get updates from them as they continue to add features that make us more efficient at what we do. It would be nice if there were some sort of "news" section where you could see upcoming changes/features coming down the pike so you can plan accordingly. We use GES primarily for data entry but also utilize other functions like guest check-in & out (which helps keep track of who's checked into which room).
