We bought a refurbished hard drive for use at a car dealership. I was a little hesitant to buy a refurbished device as I had had a bad experience with another supplier before. The device arrived in better condition than expected. It arrived quickly and we were impressed with its functionality and features. The real test and the most impressive part of the purchase came a few days later when the device would not boot. My heart sank, here it is again. We called tech support and, surprisingly, a knowledgeable and polite person answered us. He apologized for the problem and started instructing my technician on how to fix the problem. Within minutes, it was discovered that the ram's cane was out of order. He instructed my tech to remove a stick of RAM as the unit would work with one of the 8 megabyte sticks removed. After that, the device started and earned. The man then promised to send us a replacement immediately, which he did. The replacement stick came within 2 days. This is how a service should be. A great company to deal with and we look forward to buying another device from them. It's great to see that a company cares about what they sell and is willing to support their product. Excellent work! Highly recommended.
