When they say you get what you pay for, they really mean it. These lights are very dim, they have no direction and overall this is not a great product. The light is very bright in color and that's not good unless it's very far from what you want to light. So don't think that you can place it anywhere near you to illuminate you or anything of that nature. Overall the product was very disappointing and I would caution you to just bite the bullet and buy a more expensive product that you know works well.
