Good service and good customer satisfaction

The support is great to talk too as I am sure there are no problems with them just learning what your needs for sending mass email campaigns could be. They dont give any indication of how many people they have signed up or if this will grow over time (as well we know it should). At present their rates seem quite steep compared with others out there who provide similar services but then again maybe these companies do not need an incentive like competition so pricing wise its probably fair enough - which helps me understand why they cant increase sign ups very much. We can't get better than 100% opt ins from our mailings yet when competitors offer around 90%. There really doesnt seem to be anything i dislike about the product at all although I would appreciate additional features such as automatic replies etc rather than being expected to put everything together manually myself each day/weekend if required. Mass mailing has improved enormously since using these providers due to ease & simplicity involved along It is very easy to use - notifications are clear so I don't have any problems with it. The interface could be better for some users (like me) who do not like using multiple apps at once. Also there should be an option of sending campaigns without paying. But overall this app has been great as far as reaching out goes. Have reached many people through their platform including my target audience which was really helpful.
