If they haven't changed I don't see what anyone could complain about. They're not OEM, and even if you buy from Bose, the replacement isn't the same as the QC35. Why you can't buy the exact same pads as a new pair is a mystery. I had a dispute with customer service when I first bought a replacement and after dancing on the subject for 5 minutes he finally admitted that the replacement parts they were selling did not match the ones for the new pair are suitable. The reason is apparently even a mystery to customer service. Anyway they are very close to the originals of what you get from Bose, at least this set I just bought. Don't waste your money buying factory replacement parts, they're no better than that, just more money.
