Completely different acoustic properties

These cushions appear to be of very good quality. But the main problem with them was that they are different from the originals. Not much, but enough to change the acoustic properties of the headphones. The day I installed them I tried wearing the headphones to work. I wear them for hours every day. But that day I couldn't wear them for more than 15 minutes! It gave me a headache, dizziness. It was just awful. The experience was like that of cheap, inferior headphones. I have a QC35 by the way.

Mine started peeling so I looked for a replacement

So I'm glad I chose them. The rest of the sellers do not have this dark blue color released in a limited edition. My ear pads started peeling off and the vinyl stuck to my neck, sometimes scaring me that I had a weird mole. Eventually replaced it, worried these non-manufacturers would be cheaper. No, it's great! Just as good as OEM - at least we'll see until I use them for long. But at least for the first few weeks everything is fine. By the way, the kit comes with ear pads and an additional…

Great replacement for AV accessories

If they haven't changed I don't see what anyone could complain about. They're not OEM, and even if you buy from Bose, the replacement isn't the same as the QC35. Why you can't buy the exact same pads as a new pair is a mystery. I had a dispute with customer service when I first bought a replacement and after dancing on the subject for 5 minutes he finally admitted that the replacement parts they were selling did not match the ones for the new pair are suitable. The reason is apparently even a…

Great replacement! for headphone accessories

Very satisfied, especially since Bose doesn't offer them in Midnight Blue, so it's practically the only choice. I did not install the inner pads as they were still in good condition. I put the old and the new side by side, compared their quality and did the "lift" test by pressing down on the foam to see how much they compress and how quickly they spring back into shape. As a normal (I think) person I couldn't comment on the problems at all. They looked exactly the same. They were easy to…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Doesn't all fit

Good but not as good as the real ones and they cut corners.

Pros: They work, I was able to replace my original worn out Bose QC35 pads with these. Cons: Not as plump and wide as the original pads, so not as comfortable as pressure is not distributed as widely as the original pads. The instructions are on a SMALL card that I had to blow up with my phone to read, almost like microfilm. Is paper that expensive? - The instructions refer to a very poorly made online video that keeps getting fuzzy and fuzzy and doesn't even touch on the subject of replacing…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Read before you buy. Not a full OEM replacement.

Bought these to replace the earcups on my black Bose QC35 headphones based on Revain reviews and YouTube review video. Save money and buy genuine genuine replacement earpads direct from Bose for $35. These ear pads do not match the physical specifications of the original Bose ear pads, making them difficult to fit. Even after watching the installation video online. The board that the earpads attach to, which must snap into the body of each earbud, is slightly larger than it should be, making…

Pros
  • Few competitors

  • Not trendy

High quality and convenient replacement for Bose Qc 35

Very comfortable and the quality is similar to what came with the headphones. Pads were securely attached. There was a piece of paper that recommended following a link to watch a tutorial video on installation, but it didn't include a video for my specific Bose Qc35 headphones, which was disappointing. I would like to warn anyone who receives these pads NOT TO USE the small plastic tool that is included in the box. It has sharp edges, and in use I've damaged Bose headphone earbuds along the…

A respectable replacement for the QC35

Two years later, my Bose Q35 suffered serious wear and tear for the first time: the left earcup snapped spontaneously and the memory foam pad ripped out. Ordering new pillows from Bose costs $35. So the $15 price difference isn't exponential, but these Accessory House pillows came with Prime, which is why I was sold. For reference, these are "not" OEM parts from Bose. They are very similar to the original ear pads, but there are a few differences. Fitting new ear pads can be a bit confusing as…

Not as good as original Bose parts

A worthy ear pad replacement for the price. I'm giving three stars based on my past experience with OEM and non-OEM products with Bose headphones. In terms of quality, these specific replacement earpads for the Bose QC35 II are inferior to other non-OEM replacement earpads that I have previously used in the QC25, QC2 and AE series. I say that because, unlike previous non-OEM replacement pads, I can tell the difference, and I don't mean well. The first thing I noticed was that the replacement…
