Review on π Enhance Neon's Performance with Energy Suspension 5.1107R Motor Mount Inserts by Jared Aguilar
May not be satisfactory if you use them on a daily driver.
They work as intended but you should be prepared for a lot of vibration from racing and some (but not as severe) vibration from soft pads but only because they didn't work as well as I wanted them to them, I think I have a slightly faster start than without them
