Works great on my '03 Stratus sedan. The key fob comes with a card that directs you to a website where you can find programming instructions. I have compared the instructions for my Stratus to those in the factory manual and found that there are some minor differences which can cause the programming to fail and if so leave one without a working key fob. . For those wondering what the correct programming procedure is for the Stratus sedan, here it is: (1) Turn the ignition to RUN (allow the ignition noise to stop). (2) With any original (working) transmitter, press the UNLOCK button for 4-10 seconds. (3) Within the specified 4-10 seconds, press and hold the UNLOCK button, press the PANIC button for 1 second and release both buttons. A beep will sound to indicate you have entered transmitter programming mode (wait 3 seconds for the beep to sound). (4) Press and release the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously for 1 second. (5) Press and release any button on the same transmitter. A beep will sound once the transmitter has been successfully programmed. (6) Repeat steps 5 and 6 to program other channels. (7) Turn the ignition OFF. The programming mode of the transmitter ends after 60 seconds. All transmitter programming must be completed within the specified time.
