I got a set of 36 colors with brushes. I'm a beginner and I really like these colors. The flexibility to go from a rich color to any color or from very soft and translucent is what interests me so much about them. Very smooth finish and I love that every color is vegan unlike some other sets where a color or two is non vegan. I've already had compliments from people who paint more regularly and I'm going to gift this set to a few people. The included brushes release more water when painting, so it takes a little getting used to. However, this can be an advantage if you like the softer look of your images. People who want more control over their strokes should invest in standard brushes. Overall, though, I highly recommend this set.
