So this cleaner has rotating pads that go through your window. It comes with a remote control, but also connects to your phone via an app. The robot itself cannot apply the cleaner. The box contains an empty spray bottle and it says liquids cannot be returned from China. Okay, but they could at least give you a cleaner formula to cook with. The instructions tell you to spray a drop or two of "cleaner" onto the bottom pad. I can tell you that on a large window, a spray or two won't do the trick. Wet it too much and the robot won't move. So you basically need to keep the pillows dry but wet the window. Works fine, not great. It can get pretty dirty and your windows should be pretty clean before you run it, but if so, why would you use this robot to clean them? I would call it better than nothing but not great.
