Blurred image Catastrophe. Not cashmere. I was trained in fiber analysis and the burn test when you burn a fiber to determine its contents. When this is burned (see the photo I include) it melts and then solidifies into a solid ball. Cashmere burns like hair. Plastics like polyester will harden into a lump. If the template was ok, I would still keep it. I wasn't expecting quality cashmere for less than 20.00 but it's faded and disgusting. I have photos here so you can see what you are seeing is NOT the result of my camera being out of focus. I put in a small saucer so you can compare. This scarf isn't even worth the cost of 6.99 freight.
