I had a hole (seam) in the exhaust where the factory flexible pipe was rusting. I bought a new flex pipe and installed it. My port welder was unable to seal the leak at the pipe joint. Called the local exhaust dealer and they couldn't reach me for 2 weeks. At the end of the month I needed an exam and bought 3 tubes of it. I sanded everything down to bare metal and dampened it with water, then glued 3 pipes together with a 3" exhaust yoke and exhaust sleeve. Waited 2 hours, drove 40 minutes. 3 days later I took it to the inspection and passed. Note: They didn't look under the van, but they checked it for emissions, and I don't have headlights on, so it passed. takes a long time, but I have 2 years to take care of it again.
