Many years ago I injured my left knee (probably MCL) playing football. I still have pain in this joint from time to time. I bought an Omples articulating knee brace to support my injured knee as I often walk my dogs. I've worn it on several hikes and found the bandage comfortable. I experience less pain with a brace and am grateful for the extra support it provides. Braces like these also help you get a better sense of how and where you are walking, so that's another plus. The fit was perfect but you have to tighten the straps snug enough or the brace will move down. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and can only recommend it.
