Hook too small
Hook too short . Hats must not be worn over them lest they fall off when trying to grab the coat. Either more distance is needed or larger hooks. Reluctantly I save it.edit - after a few weeks of use it comes back. The hooks are too close together and too small to be of any use. It's highly recommended to look for something that isn't.
