The Gear and the Pebble, both of which come with a variety of options, were put through their paces for the sake of this review, but there are no elements that compare the two. Everything is really straightforward; in the context of my usage case, the watch is no longer practical, and its functionality is, quite simply, no longer necessary (I do not use half of the functions). The alarm works flawlessly, and it can measure both steps and pulse; however, as I mentioned earlier, I don't place a lot of importance on either of these metrics. 5. Notifications are readable, and it is possible to determine which application sent them and what content they contain. 6. The display is sufficiently bright, but in bright light it dims, and of course it is difficult to read in the sun; however, in this case it is not critical that this be the case. 7. The bracelet has been tested in a swimming pool, the ocean, and a river; its protection against moisture is effective. It is possible to say that the sensor responds to the presence of water by causing the bracelet to "jump" through the menu. If you want to prevent this from occurring, you will need to disconnect the sensor from the application. PS if you don't need a complicated, pricey device that needs to be charged continuously and you aren't all that interested in fitness but you are interested in notifications about incoming texts and calls, then the Mi band 3 is the perfect accessory for you. It is designed specifically for this purpose.
