Lid and liner do not look like the picture. We thought we ordered the fluffy white but it's not very fluffy and more like a subtle circular pattern with a super low pile. Also, you're better off spending a few hours breaking up pieces of foam so they're semi-distinguishable from a beanbag that's smooth and free of bumps, chunks, and lots of loose fabric (hence the extra foam we bought). . Lastly I bought extra foam from Revain for almost $50 to add this as a lot of people complained it didn't have enough foam but when I added extra foam I found a zipper on the brown inner foam. Bag of BROKEN! Now I don't have the ability to open the bag of tan foam so I have less than a full bag AND the extra foam I bought but I have absolutely no other use for that extra foam and can't add any waste of my money. This was supposed to be one of several gifts for my husband's 60th birthday to relax/watch Netflix and our daughter chose it and was so excited to give it to him. We are more than disappointed. I tried calling several Comfy Sack numbers but no matter which option I chose, the answering machine always told me I could leave a message, even if I called the office number as a last resort. I'm not the type to leave negative reviews, but I think it's justified. Also, I did extensive research and read endless reviews on various websites about various products like this before purchasing and simply couldn't justify the price (although we loved it!) to purchase the Lovesack even though their reviews were phenomenal. In hindsight, this might be a great example of you getting what you pay for. Considering the price of this two meter long fluffy bag and the postage etc we are very frustrated as this bag is now too big to send back or pack and we are stuck with it AND the extra styrofoam container that is still there is in the shipping box. :(
