A bit small, I think I had to increase the size, but the bag is too small, everything you need fits comfortably and it's made of plastic, which is a bit rough to the touch. It only stretches in one direction (up/down), allowing objects to be pushed against your body and pushed down. The leg straps are fitted to sit properly (under the cheeks, not on top of them) and neither the leg straps nor the harness roll down during exercise. UPDATE: Bought a second pair and the case is completely different. still not a good fabric but the size is ok and stretches well. Nothing is compressed. Having worn it both to workouts and as underwear I can confirm that neither the leg bands nor the waistband twist. UPDATE 8/18/2020: As mentioned in other reviews, they have started to fall apart. The elastic, in particular, detangles and allows long strands to dangle freely. I cut them off and more comes out. This happens with all three couples, so this is not an isolated case. Definitely disappointing.
