The ability to scan for an unqualified supplier or product in multiple databases (or even other data sets).The interface is clean, functional yet simple so you don't get overwhelmed by too many features/options without knowing what they do first-- this can make some people think it's complicated! I also like that they listen to their clients needs as well which helps streamline functionality of their program at all times. If someone wants more automation with less time investment then look into using the system but if just want basic scanning capabilities go ahead otherwise consider 3rd party services who provide these types systems which cost far more money per hour than this one does. We use the automated feed out capability when we run new catalogs; its amazing how easy and quick our warehouse staff goes through them versus doing manual work manually because there isn't enough hours available for everyone during those peak buying seasons!! I like how easy it is to use this software. It's very user friendly! The customer support team has been great too!! They always respond quickly and are willing to help with any questions that come up. Nothing at all so far. We've tried other systems but they were not as intuitive or simple to learn. This system was quick to pick up for my department and we have had no issues since using it. Sales tracking, inventory control, ordering etc.
