Now I have damaged the threads on two of them. The installation goes well, and then the radio starts slapping and creaking loudly when driving under high load. After removing it, I see that the threads are damaged and metal fragments are floating in the lubricant. All the metal comes from the XD driver and the cartridges are still in perfect condition. I always use a torque wrench and have installed and removed many XD driver based cartridges. This is the only XD driver I've had quality issues with and it appears to be a system issue with the 3 slider theme. I'll be reaching out to DT Swiss directly on the quality of these drivers, but I'll probably be replacing my 370 hubs as soon as possible as my confidence in these things has been 'lost'.
