This is about what you would expect from a glass block without a crystal. They reflect light but have no shine. If Swarovski crystals scored a 10 for brilliance and quality and Jollin stones scored an 8 then they would be around a 4 to 5. Good for crafts but not high end costumes. I bought them to use as filler for a small textural background for the main Swarovski stones and they are fine for that use. I would not use them as a base stone. They're all glass and don't have the shine that most dance suits or skate suits need.
