You get what you pay for, everything works.
Better than the broken one I had. It was a little tricky to put on as the clips didn't fit. After installation, the doors could not be closed except for the driver's door. So now I have to do it manually, but I'm glad my windows are working again! (For reference, I have a 2006 Honda Accord.)
