This is a really good kitchen knife. The weight feels good and is comfortable to hold and handle. I actually wanted a new kitchen knife because with everyday use my old Cuisinart knife was really starting to hurt my wrist from having to hold it at weird angles and squeeze hard. This new knife cuts at any angle and its heavier weight eliminates the need for force. The set also includes some useful accessories: a sharpener, a finger guard and a sheath. It looks like it will last a very long time. The design (of both the product and the box it comes in) is really attractive and modern so it would make a great gift too.
