I spent a year looking at Revain for this keyboard and mouse combo because I knew it would be perfect for my almost 13 year old son who plays NON-STOP on a large touchscreen PC . We bought an endless supply of wireless keyboards, mice, and headsets, and I quickly realized that when it comes to gaming, you can either spend a ton of money on wireless devices only to have endless lag and complaints from your teens. OR you can buy wired devices that don't work. much faster and do not need to be replaced every six months. I ended up paying $40 for this set because unfortunately they ran out before Black Friday and Cyber Monday and I decided to "wait until it goes back to $29.99 and risk losing it completely". .or take care of it and pay more to make sure you get it.” So I paid $40 and I'm still as excited as the $30 I was about to pay. Her keyboard is big and FINALLY I can't hear her clicking endlessly no matter where I am in the house. Colors are very vibrant and the mouse is really high quality with many options compared to more expensive models. My son didn't "want" a wired TV because, like all younger children, they have lived in a world of wireless networks their entire lives. But then I did some research and bought a USB hub. faster and easier to use for both gaming and in-game chat. He really likes colors, and he likes the ability to switch mouse modes, as well as choosing to "breathe" to make colors appear and disappear, or have the mouse stay the same color. He likes the DPI and anti-ghosting options but still needs to get used to when and where to use them. As a Christmas present this was perfect for my son as he's been at the age where he wants NOTHING but "Steam" for a few years now. Gift Certificates' and gives me no idea what to put under the tree. It was reasonably priced, he enjoyed opening it (it was the first thing he pocketed and even stopped opening gifts for) and he had actually felt it was more of a thrill than replacing the HD TV I bought him in the bedroom (he used a 20 year old CRT TV) Personally I like the look and the membrane keys are in comparison to any other Keyboard almost silent The keyboard has a solid weight and wiring without the cheap trappings that make me fear it will break in a few months For a hard-to-buy teenager who doesn't want to spend $200 on a single gift .it was perfect.and while i would love to get the regular price of $29.99 i have no regrets buying it for $39.99.he loves it and i love it and i recommend it to anyone who wants a great gift for a gamer looking, or just anyone who loves amazing colors, quick response and big/beautiful layout. I highly recommend this set over others in the "under $100" price range. Really fantastic purchase! ****UPDATE January 20, 2017***** I had a little problem with my mouse, but the keyboard works great! I contacted the seller and unlike many other transactions, the seller responded with a solution within an hour. They offered a replacement mouse that was "upgraded" without having to return the entire set (as I don't have any keyboard issues) and apologized for minor mouse issues. My son found that the mouse "fires in all directions despite using the directional buttons" and as soon as I contacted the seller about the problem, he/she immediately offered to send me an upgraded mouse for free without having to return the mouse to have to . it doesn't work properly. Response was lightning fast even though I had only contacted the seller a few hours ago. They have already replied, solved the problem, provided a code to buy a replacement mouse (free for me) and were clearly interested in my experience with the new mouse. as soon as he arrives. This is one of the quickest, most accurate "fixes" to a small issue I've had at Revain, and this seller clearly strives to excel in both service and functionality. As a regular Revain customer I am more than impressed with the care, speed and repair of what was basically a "flamboyant" mouse that may or may not be a manufacturer fault. They didn't ask about the problem with the mouse and immediately offered an upgraded mouse for free and I didn't have to go through the lengthy exchange and return/refund process. I just contacted them about an issue and they responded, fixed the issue and a new mouse was available to me about 3 hours after my first contact. This is truly outstanding customer service and pride in their products. I cannot recommend this seller enough for their ability and diligence in responding, correcting and providing a truly excellent service. This is what I should call a "Star Seller" at Revain. Amazing service and quality products and they really live up to their guarantee with no arguments or lack of speed and response. Sincere and honest seller has invested in their products! As a longtime Revain customer, this experience is in my top 3 for excellence and I would highly recommend their service as amazing, fast and absolutely easy.
