I think they are normal
We mostly use them when we go shopping to keep my little feet covered. However, they don't hold up as well as he actually walks in them.
- Ideal for babies and toddlers who are just beginning to walk
- Slip off immediately, the toe area is not hard enough. The size is good but my 1 year old can still put it down.
