I love how we can track our employee's every move in our internal app which is helpful for employees to be aware of their daily schedule. It allows us to check in on our employees easily. If an employee has any issue or problem, it would be easy to find them. Also, it allows us to manage our schedule better. It takes some time getting used to but once it is set up, it becomes very convenient. There are times when it gives me some problems when logging into the system, because of the screen size. The benefit I'm enjoying most is that I have been able to keep tabs of my employees and see what they're doing with our company.
