In defense of the product, it came QUICKLY. It was packaged well and each boot was in its own little wrapper. The boots themselves are very flimsy. Thin and weighed nothing - so I doubt they would last long in use in snow. According to the picture I saw, there was no zippier on the side, but mine came with a zipper. I did not want one - who wears zippers on boots intended to get wet in rain or snow? I wear 8 1/2, sometimes a 9 in shoes. I bought a 10. I could barely get my foot in them. The length was way too short, so they fit more like a size 7 1/2 or 8. The width was so skinny I wasn't able to get my foot in all the way, skip if I every wanted to zip that zipper. Not recommended.
