This is on a full size bed and I bought the King size. I believe it’s on sideways. I usually buy king quilts for our full and queen beds, in this case to hide all the storage totes under it. As you can see, it almost reaches the floor. I’m not sure how it work on an actual king bed; it seems too small for that as a full is 26” narrower. It gets much softer after it is washed, so if it arrives feeling rough it just needs to be washed. This quilt is more for show when making the bed than it is for warmth, although she is using it during these winter months. It’s a very pretty, pale blue green that matches her walls very nicely- it’s not the easiest paint color to match. The photos were taken with both natural and artificial light and the color does vary accordingly.
