Product image without HS (B07T459DHH) is incorrect.

Ordered B07T459DHH but received B07SG972NZ without heatsink. The board profile in the product image clearly shows a different footprint. Not every standardized PCI-SIG bells and whistles is suitable for x86-compatible boards. Details are important.
