Really well constructed

The 7 Quart DIJA Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven is a nice addition to any kitchen if you make casseroles or slow cooked foods.The enamel coating is a beautiful blue ombre color and just looks all around stunning The blue is richer then the picture shows. The pot and lid are very heavy and durable The entire dutch oven is very well made and it is quite heavy. Washing it can be a bit of a chore because it is so heavy and hard to maneuver and manage.

At 7 quarts, this pot is perfect for feeding a crowd or preparing large, family-style meals

The pot may not distribute heat evenly

I''ve wanted a Dutch oven for a long time, b/c I believe in sturdy, long lasting cookware. My husband is using it for the first time today...some delicious cabbage to go with our Sunday dinner. Our house smells devine! He likes this Dutch oven as much as I do, & wants to purchase a full set.
