Fantastic Dutch oven that you'll have for years

I have a few other, similar Dutch ovens - all made of cast iron and enameled like this one. One particular from Lodge which I love, but it is a 5 quart.I needed a bigger one, so when I saw this for 7 quarts, I decided to give it a shot.Happy to say after dozens of uses, its working and holding up perfectly well. This is a very solid, high-quality Dutch oven. I have zero complaints, and everyone always compliments/notices it thanks to the popping red color.The enamel in particular is proving…

Gorgeous and a work horse

We couldn't be happier with this 7 quart enamaled cast iron dutch oven. The 7 quart is the perfect size for our family. It's heavy, beautifully enameled looks amazing on my stove and cooks evenly and with perfection every time. I absolutely love cast iron and this is one of my favorite pieces. Really well constructed

The 7 Quart DIJA Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven is a nice addition to any kitchen if you make casseroles or slow cooked foods.The enamel coating is a beautiful blue ombre color and just looks all around stunning The blue is richer then the picture shows. The pot and lid are very heavy and durable The entire dutch oven is very well made and it is quite heavy. Washing it can be a bit of a chore because it is so heavy and hard to maneuver and manage.

Beautiful, Heavy Duty, Great for Sourdough!

This is a beautiful dutch oven. I choose the red color. Heavy duty and comes with a trivet and pot holder. I love my old dutch one but it has seen better days. :). This will replace it. The great thing about this is it can go from the stovetop to oven. I used to make my soups, stews and pot roast in my dutch oven but lately I mostly use it for baking my sour dough bread boules. Nice basic dutch oven/stock pot

We got this as a stock pot and dutch oven. Works well for both. It is not Le Creuset but it works just fine. No complaints after a month of use. Will update after prolonged use.
