We couldn't be happier with this 7 quart enamaled cast iron dutch oven. The 7 quart is the perfect size for our family. It's heavy, beautifully enameled looks amazing on my stove and cooks evenly and with perfection every time. I absolutely love cast iron and this is one of my favorite pieces. It cleans up easily and will last a very long time. The little knob came a little loose but the screw on the underside just needed to be tightened. Other than that this is as nice as some much more expensive brands. We couldn't be happier.
